Product description
If you could see into the future – would you look?
Jenni Green doesn’t have a choice. On her way to visit her best friend, Autumn, Jenni suddenly finds she’s been transported exactly one year forward in time.
Now she discovers that in the year that’s gone by, tragedy has struck and her friendship with Autumn will never be the same again. But what caused the tragedy? How did Jenni skip a year? And can she find her way back to the past to try to change what lies ahead?
With humour – and her customary light touch – the author of the EMILYWINDSNAP books plays a fascinating game with time, and explores the changes that take place in friendships and families in the aftermath of a disaster.

on 12 May 2012I really enjoyed this book- I read it through twice in less than 24 hours! The only thing I’d say is that the first time you read it, don’t read it just before you go to bed because some of it can be a bit upseting to younger readers. Hope you enjoy it! :-)

on 2 March 2012I loved this book, because the characters are so wonderful and different in their own ways. I loved watching the story develop, and wanted to read it again as soon as I’d finished. This is a wonderful book, and I think every girl and boy should read it.

on 7 November 2011If I could write this review in one word, I would use UN-PUT-DOWN-A-BLE! I managed to read this book in about three days. This book is definitely worthy of 5*.
My favourite character is Mikey because he is a very realistic young boy who is addicted to gaming, even when he is on holiday.
I thoroughly recommend this book.

on 20 September 2011Liz Kessler made this book amazing. It has a fantastic plot line, and believable characters. But what I really liked was the end. You think that the book is over on a happy ending, but you turn the page and there is more… This book is fantastic, it made me laugh, cry and feel unforgettable pain. I was there with the characters, experiencing their emotions. A Year Without Autumn is incredible.
