Product description

The Bard… but not so hard. These great retellings are full of crazy drama and so funny that Tony Ross did pictures all the way through. All the intrigue, humour and excitement of the original plays. In brand new funny stories full of gags and cheeky line artwork (you can see that artist Tony Ross had heaps of fun drawing Shakey’s famous characters.) All supplied in a handsome boxed set. In my class we have three of these packs and so far i have read Hamlet and a bit of Mackbeth and Too much ado about nothing. We have also been reading the Romeo and Juliet play and watching the film which stars leonardo de caprio. It is also going to be our leavers assembly (Hopefully i wont be Juliet or Lady Capulet)

This is really good. It makes the plays and stories really easy to read and the illustrations are very funny! I like Romeo and Juliet a lot and it is probably my favourite of all of them!
