Product description
No more nice-guy nonsense about history. It’s time to learn it the horrible way! Yes – it’s horribly boring when you learn it in the classroom. But with all the nasty bits left in, it’s historically funny! Laughs, disasters, disgusting jokes: you love this series so much you’ve bought over 25 million copies. How’s that for a horrible fact?

on 4 March 2014I love love LOVE the Horrible Histories books. I pinched them from my brother’s bookshelf when I was about five and I have never looked back! Great historical context and extra ‘nuggets’ of information which will interest anyone in History! The right degree of seriousness is taken when discussing extreme events, but there is always a humorous touch to the books.
