Product description

Felix has lost his parents, and lost Zelda. Now he is finally losing hope. Following his horrific struggle to survive as a Jewish child in Nazi Germany, Felix faces his greatest trial yet – to keep his spirit strong in spite of the evil he has seen. As Europe suffers through the final agonising stages of the war, this damaged boy fights to reconcile hatred with healing. He is helped by a new friend – but what if he loses her as well? Morris Gleitzman returns to the war and its aftermath to pick up Felix’s story as the terrible conflict finally ends and he faces the future beyond.

Once. Then. Now. After!!!! Oh my days, I loved the book it was soo… mind EXPLODING the whole concept was just… AMAZING!! Throughout the book, and the series you see Felix grow as a character he parents some children he doesn’t even know, Felix is a really nice person but one thing I didn’t understand was in ‘Now’ Zelda two is present how did she come about? But ‘After’ is amazing I defiently recommend the book is funny and sad at the same time. A funny part was when Felix was like lets play football, It reminded me of in History when my teacher said when it was Christmas during WW2 the countries fighting each other would come out of the trenches and play football. Well done Mr Gleitzman amazing book.
