Product description

The new queen of wildlife fiction. Tales of animals, humans and the precious world we share. Gill Lewis has fans in high places, like Michael Morpurgo and TV star Kate Humble. It’s easy to see why. She writes stories about animals, but also about people. Nature fiction with a truly human touch. These moving books show you the plight of threatened animals across the world, from the Scottish hills to Asia’s cruel bear bile farms. At the same time, they show how people can unite and grow stronger. Prepare to be inspired and deeply touched.

  • Truly gifted writer fêted by Michael Morpurgo and Mary Hoffman
  • Gill has found rapid success since her first book Sky Hawk
  • Award-winning stories with an environmental message
  • Scarlet Ibis was long-listed for the Carnegie Medal
