horrible histories are the best way to learn and laugh simultaneously, with beautiful illustrations and endless jokes and wisecracks the books are enjoyable for all ages. i loved this handbook because it taught me lots of things my teachers dont really bother telling me, and im in the middle of doing my gcses! purely brilliant

it was really good i enjoyed every bit of it here’s a bit of it – p.22 Lousy ledends since earlest times people have enjoyed listening to legends. but some legends have been used by people as an excuse for cruel and crafty crimes, like the legend of the indain goddes kali.
