Product description

Mystery, rumours and scandals abound in Jane Austen Stole My Boyfriend from Cora Harrison, a historical romantic comedy perfect for fans of Bridgerton.

A little mystery is so becoming in a hero, don’t you think?

Jane wants to meet a hero worthy of her extraordinary imagination: a gentleman who is dashing and daring and handsome and brave; who can dance like a viscount and duel like a king. Jane and Jenny are whiling away the social season in Bath and there are plenty of dances, rumours and scandals to entertain them.

But a good reputation, once lost, is gone forever; and Jane is in danger of becoming the talk of the town for all the wrong reasons . . .

Cora Harrison writes like a dream – Jenny came alive on the page, and the book is amazing, and moving, and I found it beautifully written!

I LOVE THIS BOOK !!!!! It is great. It is based on the true life of Jane Austen but is written as a diary through the views of her best friend Jenny. It is the sequel to Jane Austen was my best friend. We once again revisit Jenny and Jane. Jenny is engaged to Captain Thomas Williams but her brother and his horrible wife is not allowing the wedding to go ahead. And on top of this how will Jenny cope with Thomas out at sea for months ? Great read for ages 12+
