Product description

“The elephant lifted her trunk and began trumpeting at the sea, tossing her head as if something out there terrified her. She swung around, and before the mahout could stop her, she was running towards the trees…”

The trip to Indonesia seems like a dream come true to Will – until the elephant he is riding on the beach starts acting strangely. And then the tsunami crashes in… Saved by an elephant’s instincts, lost deep in the jungle and torn away from everything he loves, now Will must find deliverance in an unusual friendship. As sweeping as Kaspar, as gripping as Born to Run, and as moving as Adolphus Tips, this is another epic masterpiece from one of our very greatest storytellers.

I think tjis book is absolutely excellent, as it is adventorous, exciting, sometimes sad and of course at the end happy. This book is mainly about an elephant who are working together to survive in the midths of the tropical rainforest. I would give this book 3 and a half out of 5!
