Product description

The trouble with life is that it’s not fair. The trouble with mums is that you can’t swap them. The trouble with being grounded is that it’s just totally boring. And as if all that trouble isn’t bad enough, poor Daisy is also about to discover the trouble that happens when you eat dirty sweets off the floor… Daisy’s first full-length outing brings her irrepressible voice to the issues and gripes that needle children as they get bigger. As she explores life and the trouble with everything, everyone will be chuckling – and thinking – along!

The characters in the book are wonderful. I can relate to Daisy completely.

I like Dylan as a character, but you didn’t really see him that much in this book.

I liked when the Money spider took control of the book because he talks like he’s Daisy when he’s not. I like how the author used different fonts for it.

This book is best for 5 or 6 year olds as it was very easy for me to read and read it in one sitting.

And I really love the illustrations (but I love Nick Sharratt)!!

it was alright but i think it could be much better though like it could be less about this ‘oohh i got to go somewhere again!’ it really made meget the wrong idea and my brother got the wrong idea when he read it. He actually pictured Daisy on the loo how minging ay? He also Drew a piccy of his picture of daisy in his mind and showed me!!!

In conclusion, i think it could be much improved. Also i don’t think the author should have wrote about the loo part. Other than that it was lovely, a very funny book for ages at least 5+ the author deserves a nice pat on the back well done.

    see’s ya l8r!!!!!!

This book is really funny! It’s like you can hear Daisy’s voice in your head when she speaks, because the whole book is written as if she is speaking to you. It’s kind of disgusting, though, because she eats something off a pavement and then has to go to the loo a lot, and there’s quite a lot about that in the book, but in a funny way. I think that how she talks about how she fights with her mum when her mum is too strict is really funny and like life too.
